Witness: Zimmerman 'Never ... Tried To Help' Trayvon Martin

A woman who says she and her roommate witnessed the final moments of Trayvon Martin's life told Dateline NBC that George Zimmerman had "his hands pressed on his back" and "never turned him over or tried to help him."
Zimmerman's lawyer, when shown part of the interview being aired Sunday night on Dateline, emphasized that his client would be claiming self-defense.
"I think there were efforts made to render aid to Trayvon," Craig Sonner told NBC's TODAY show.
Mary Cutcher told Dateline that she and her roommate both saw Zimmerman "straddling the body, basically a foot on both sides of Trayvon's body, and his hands pressed on his back."
Cutcher added that Zimmerman told her and her roommate to call the police. "Zimmerman never turned him over or tried to help him or CPR or anything," Cutcher said.
Sonner also reiterated what he had said in recent days, that Zimmerman suffered a broken nose and a gash to the back of his head.
A friend of Zimmerman's who appeared on TODAY with Sonner added that Zimmerman, 28, was distraught over the teen's death.
"Right after the shooting he couldn't stop crying," said Joe Oliver, who is African American and a former TV reporetr and anchor in Orlando.
Zimmerman has not been charged in the Feb. 26 shooting that has ignited racial tensions and raised questions about the Sanford police's handling of the case. Martin was black, and Zimmerman's father is white and his mother is Hispanic.
In a separate interview Sunday, Oliver said that "I'm a black male and all that I know is that George has never given me any reason whatsoever to believe he has anything against people of color.''

Name one that hasn't already spun this happening. I don't believe there will be a source telling it like it really is, as we've seen already there's a push to convict Zimmerman before there's even a hearing of any sort. Not to mention the sources which will surely be "careful" politically now that Obama and the Governor are in play.
Look how the media has operated in this election...they've all but taken Newt out of being heard at all. As one source stated .."We can't have a Newt/Obama debate". So there's no reason to eliminate the less popular sites. Which just might be those who do have some resemblance of the truth.
Would that be racial profiling? What was Martin doing wrong ... looking at the houses as he walked by them?
He was justified in talking to the young man, and the young man responded by beating Zimmerman’s face in.
Did he identify himself as the community watchman? A bloodied nose and laceration on the back of a head is beating a face in?
People use concealed carry for the purpose of defending themselves. It is legal in Florida.

Heck, maybe Zimmerman was just following Obama’s advice, “if they bring a knife, we bring, gun.” Remember, the attacker was much bigger, stronger and quicker than Zimmerman and he was sitting on him, beating his face in.
On this board Martin has been described as 6'/140# ... 6'2"/160# ... 6'4"/200#. Which is it? Again, beating his face in?
Many here contend/speculate, but claim as fact, that Martin laid in wait and jumped on Zimmerman from behind. Were they there? How did he land face up in the grass? What caused the laceration to the back of his head? Did Martin use the can of iced tea that was found by the police in his pocket or was it the bag of skittles? Why didn't Zimmerman seek medical attention after his face was beaten in?
There have been two reports that Zimmerman pushed people in the past (an LEO and an ex-girlfriend). Could it be that when he caught up with Martin they were face-to-face and when he asked Martin what he was doing there, that maybe, just maybe, he shoved him also. That is his established pattern. Could it be that Martin shoved back, causing Zimmerman to fall backwards, cutting the back of his head?
In doing so all the activists are now clamoring for Zimmermans arrest and have convicted him already, without the evidence being known.
The “displays” and “shows” happening make it impossible for Zimmerman to ever get a fair trial IF there's even enough evidence to try him....and that remains to be seen.
Unfortunately the Prosecutor can present evidence in a grand Jury which would not be allowed in a Jury trial. So there's much we will never know about.
As for those here on FR sold on Zimmermans guilt. Well you just have to remember they're likely biased for whatever reasons. They do not have the facts to go by, only speculative stories and assumptions.....
But legally Zimmerman is innocent until they can prove otherwise. Myself, I have not seen anything factual to convince me that Zimmerman is not telling the truth of what happened.
I still find it interesting that Marin's mother said in the very beginning of this happening that her son "Was sitting on the porch when he was shot". So was she herself attempting to cover for her son?
Already they are trying to scrub the net of information which would show him in any other light then just a normal high school kid. Even his "hoodie" photo was doctored making him lighter and his eyebrows were even thinned.
At any rate the truth will be very difficult to be seen amongst all the information being spun, eliminated and or framed to "create" the story people want to be seen.
For me, Zimmermans innocent until they've proved otherwise. Unfortunately because of the Obama media press , Governors and other organizations hounding for "justice", as if Zimmermans already been to trial, I doubt his trial, if they have one, will ever reveal the truth.....
Primary sources are forensic results, business documents, phone calls, 1sthand information. Secondary sources are media, blogs, secondhand information.
Until some of the forensic results are released, everything is speculation. The only facts are as follows.
1. Zimmerman called and thought Martin was suspicious.
2. Zimmerman followed Martin and got out of his car.
3. At some point they were in close contact range and there was a physical confrontation.
4. Zimmerman had a wound on his nose and his head. That does NOT mean he was jumped or that he was hit in the back of his head - being passed as fact by some people.
5. At some point Martin was shot and killed.
6. Police arrived around 6:17 and conducted a manslaughter investigation. Zimmerman was cuffed, detained, and taken to the station. He was later released.
7. Investigation is ongoing. At this time, either there is no probable cause to arrest Zimmerman, or the DA/Police don't think they can get a conviction beyond a reasonable doubt. That could change when more facts are in.
I'm sure even the authorities have considered this.....too many want him out of the picture with the "Mass group think" happening throughout the nation.
All need to ask.......if they were in danger do they really believe anyone would step up to help? IMO we are all on our own. We are in a society that watches crimes as if they're in front of a TV waiting for the hero to arrive.
Chiling is to hear Zimmermans cries for help....over and over again....in the 911 calls. What were people thinking? Did they not consider how long it takes police to arrive on a scene and that someones life may very well be in danger? Nope, they all said they weren't going out there.
We area "scared" society and far too dependant on a police force whose hands we have tied from doing their job....no thanks to attorneys and the media.

Martin had a cell phone....so why didn’t he call 911? He could have done so at any time.
Remember when Z was on the phone calling this in Martin approached him...it’s on the recording.... Then darted when he saw Z was on the phone.
Further the dispatcher asked about the nationality/color if you will, and Zimmerman said he didn’t know. So if this was a race issue for Zimmerman he would have made a point to determine that......
The race issue is fully being driven by Obama, his media pimps and the organizations the Obamamachine chooses to use. The black community should be standing against this rather then doing the water carrying they’ve been taught to do.....Obama, Sharpton, Jesse, Farrakan say jump...and the rest follow saying how high. My black friends are saying just that.

Legally Zimmerman is an innocent man until otherwise proven. I believe his story and the “evidence” which so far is known supports his story.
Not to mention certain witnesses are retracting their initial statements....and ‘documenting’ they support Zimmermans story.... That blonde pixied gal for one, who probably just wanted to be “in the movies” from the get go. They have her written statement she supports Zimmerman’s story.

An example...in the "facts" you presented you stated Zimmerman had a "wound" to the nose. When it's been presented his nose was 'broken'. So which is it?
So you see this whole affair is going to be spun by legal teams from both sides .....the truth more than likely will be lost somewhere in between and it will be all about which legal team "wins"....not that justice might be served...if indeed it goes to trial.

Just because someone is following a person, it doesn’t give that person the right to assault the follower- Trevon commited a crime by assaulting zimmerman- but the media is silent about thagt crime- Zimmerman had every right to follow someone he thought was acting suspicious in a neighborhood that had been repeatedly burglarized- Trevon did NOT have the right to turn around and assault zimmerman nor to bash his head agaisnt hte3 sidewalk so badly that zimmerman felt his only recourse at self defense was to shoot hte boy

Sadly, they will convene a grand jury, and probably indict Zimmerman, due to Sharpton, Black Panthers(who should be in jail)and media outcry.
