The more you think about the interaction - the larger role martin starts to play. I mean - how could Zimmerman start a fight - with a guy 2X as fast? The fast man - almost must be the aggressor.
I skimmed this thread, but did the fact that the pistol did not even begin to chamber round #2 come up? Round #2 still in the mag means it was a wrestling match for the pistol, with somebody’s hand or hands wrapped around the slide, preventing it from moving rearward to pick up round #2.
A wrestling match over a gun can’t be murder, can it? With the shooter on his back, getting beaten?
