If he told the 911 to have the LEO call him when he arrived it indicates that he had no intention of engaging the person he was watching. Or he was at his truck and was going to tell the LEO where the last place he saw him. You don't know all the facts nor do I.

It may not be a crime to follow someone, but you start following me and I am going to prepare to defend myself, especially if I have not done anything wrong.

Funny how speculation is still out on BOTH sides of this case, but I should be the one to silence speculation until ALL of the facts come out, which I will now do until that happens.
