If Mitt Romney becomes the Republican presidential nominee, rival Rick Santorum would not rule out the idea of becoming his running mate, the former Pennsylvania senator said in an interview on Monday.

Well, to be fair, Rick does have bills to pay.

"Well, to be fair, Rick does have bills to pay."

ROTFLMAO . . . Oh really?

The Vichy Republicans owe Lawyer Ricky plenty, kiddies, so I'm sure he doesn't have a financial worry in the world no matter how deeply in debt his "campaign" may be.

Lawyer Ricky has done exactly what Bishop Romney and the Vichy Republicans wanted him to do, which is run to the right of Gingrich in states where Gingrich would pick up social conservatives without Ricky in the race. That garnered delegates for Bishop Romney that he'd never get otherwise because when Lawyer Ricky becomes the VP he'll have those delegates in his pocket to add to the total that Bishop Romney has.

A lawyer is a lawyer is a lawyer. If the fee is right, defending any sort of criminal is OK because, to be fair, even scum like Bishop Romney deserve their shot at being President.

I hope the folks who put their money behind Lawyer Ricky are just as happy with Bishop Romney as they have been with Lawyer Ricky because that's what they've been buying into, a Bishop Romney/Lawyer Ricky ticket that would have never happened without Lawyer Ricky taking votes away from Newt. You can bet your bottom dollar that there will be plenty of new clients for Lawyer Ricky from among the Vichy Republican elite who set this all up back when Lawyer Ricky was "doing his taxes" rather than campaigning.
