It’s all a matter of definitions. Islam is a Religion of Peace. “Peace” as defined by islam occurs when Muslims rule the world and have subjugated/eliminated all non muslims.
So it is perfectly accurate, in that context, to say that Islam is a religion of peace. They are carrying out the instructions of the Koran/Mohammed to the letter.
Just a matter of accepting their own definition. Too bad no one with a microphone/TV show will call them on it.
Peace for Islam is like not feeling indecent for scratching your balls while eating because only dogs and dhimmits are in the room.
