My question is this. Why did Obama present such an obviously forged long form BC?

Was it incompetence or was it on purpose? Understanding the motivation would be helpful.
Well first of all he doesn’t have a real BC to present so he has had to fabricate them. I don’t think he or his handlers realized that the file wasn’t flattened. The “forger” is believed to be the HDOH and he/she purposely left clues. Like the smiley face and TXE in the Alvin stamp to possibly indicate thet Alvin was the who ordered the forgery.
