Spike Lee should Do the Right Thing and write a 6 figure check to the McClain’s.
I think he will have to buy the home at a minimum, there is no way that couple will ever feel comfortable living there again, and, likely the house won’t sell either with the history it now has.
Its a slam dunk case, there is much damage done to property and people, and a shark law firm which stands to make a lot of money on the case is represting the homeowners. Lee is in deep doo doo and he knows it, he will be lucky to keep the shirt on his back.

Revealing a person’s address is like putting out a hit on them. It is intended to cause fright and to incite unstable people to harass or commit violent acts against the targeted person.
An apology is step one, although taking the Fluker’s lead - apology not accepted.

This couple’s lawyer is Morgan and Morgan. Morgan and Morgan are the lawyers who Obama came to in Heathrow for a big fundraiser a while ago. They are huge ambulence chasers here in Florida. They will be all over Spike Lee....Also..Charlie Crist now works with them.
