I fail to see a significant difference between Souter and Kagan?

If Obama is re-elected we will continue to make significant gains in the house & senate in 2012, 2014 and 2016.

If Rmoney is elected we’ll make gains in 2012 but we’ll lose our momentum in 2014 and in 2016 the democrats will regain control of DC.
