In 2008, IMHO, many "independent voter" whites voted for Obama precisely because they feared "urban unrest." Then,when the very real question of Constitutional eligibility raised its head, I am convinced the courts took every minimally plausible subterfuge they could at every level to avoid hearing the case on its issues, for the very same reason.

Many a city in the United States has elected a black mayor, or named a black police chief, or superintendent of schools roughly following the same logic.

The result? Uniformly bad. Fiscal corruption. More crime. Worsening schools. Racial voting is a curse. The Republicans of the 1980's led by the idiot/savant Karl Rove, imagined that the way to beat this was the mass importation of Latino voters who would (!) somehow gravitate toward the GOP, based on Christian Family Values. ROTFLMAO.

Instead Latino illegitimacy rates skyrocketed, they join the african-Americans at the polls, and the only place there is conflict is over welfare and affirmative action.

Civil unrest to follow. When?
