As Michele Bachmann said tonight on Mark Levin show, the four activist liberal judges showed their favoritism during the oral hearings by asking questions supporting the government case. They solidly support Obama care and will not change their minds. It comes down to Justice Kennedy and though he asked tough questions of the solicitor general, his last statement that maybe this issue deserves support gave Bachmann and others pause.
