The whole reason for California’s sanctuary cities is to encourage, persuade and reward illegal aliens for coming there.

The whole reason for California’s sanctuary cities is to encourage, persuade and reward illegal aliens for coming there. Well, sounds like the AZ law is helping them meet their goal - they should be thanking them.
