“Plan “B” is for Obama to run against a “rogue” Supreme Court, while pushing for what he and his pals have wanted all along: a single-payer, government run health care system.
It does sound like a scheme hatched from the minds of Cloward and Piven, doesn’t it?
But here’s another possibility: let’s say that the Democrats had an alternate plan [Plan B above] in case ObamaCare was ruled unconstitutional. Okay - let us stipulate that they in fact have such a plan because they always do. “

Remember that they also
1) capitalize on events with which to CREATE crisis.
2) ALWAYS try to kill two or more birds with one stone-—always.
Your Plan B is as good as any reasoned guess (except for, perhaps, one or two caveats).
Finally, The Obama Adm was the one who pushed the timing of this case to SCOTUS. Mark Levin verified this. They could have easily delayed til closer to or after the election, so that no decision was issued until after the election.
I found that move very suspicious from the beginning. We may know more about their intentions by who of their appointed minions (including the MSM) says what and when. Already, the issuing of designated talking points and focus-group trial balloons has commenced to determine what “pig” will fly.

President Barack Obama voiced confidence Monday that the Supreme Court will uphold his health care law in his first public remarks on the issue since the three days of oral arguments last week.
Obama suggested that the high court would be guilty of “judicial activism” if it overturned the law, and stressed that he believed the justices would see the individual mandate as an integral part of the law.
“We are confident that this will be upheld because it should be upheld,” Obama said at a joint news conference with Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper and Mexican President Felipe Calderon.

President Obama preemptively slammed the Supreme Court as a bunch of "unelected group of people" who will have turned to "judicial activism or a lack of judicial restraint" if they decide to strike down his signature legislative achievement, the healthcare reform act.
Obama was speaking at a trilateral event with the Prime Minister of Canada and President of Mexico.
