Even tribal people have to have some form of government.
There are always evildoers and someone or something needs to make some rules and make sure they’re followed. Humans don’t live in hives like insects. Human society requires some form of government and if you think this is not so, you are absolutely clueless and probably a libertarian who smokes lots of weed.
