Two Pompano Beach children are facing the deportation of their father just two years after their mother was returned to Nicaragua.
Through tears, 16-year-old Cecia Soza recalled speaking on the phone to her father.
He said that he loved us and that we have to take care of each other, she said.
Her father, Ronald Soza, was arrested Wednesday in Broward for driving without a valid license. Officers turned him over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials because he is an illegal immigrant who was issued a deportation order in 2011 by The Department of Justice.

Sandigo also said Soza has a family, pays taxes and hasn't been convicted of a crime. She hopes to reopen his case and appeal the decision.
I for one would like to hear more about just how he is able to pay taxes with what documents ? He was ordered deported, but he wants to make out like America is the problem, not him. He decided to ignore our laws ,his story I pay taxes ,I stayed out trouble, except for that time, I drive on American roads with no drivers licence and insurance and got caught , now I ask America to reward me or my kids will suffer because I cannot follow American laws.
Illegal is illegal, bye and come back when you do it the right way!
My boo-hoo well has done run dry.
Leaving the kids behind? I should feel sorry for a family where they are willing to leave their kids behind?
(psssst!), (miss bagg), (here’s hot news tip for you to follow)....(there’s an organization in your city and every city across these united states called child protective services), (they separate children from their parents every day)....(check it out)....
Why doesn’t he take the kids with him? There is no reason for them to stay, without their parents.
Why doesnt he take the kids with him? There is no reason for them to stay, without their parents.
Because he knows that Nicaragua, like nearly all the countries south of our southern border are Marxist dumps.
The felon should take his children back to his market hellhome. What a creep abandoning his kids. Loser.
Oh noes!
Weep and Wail. Sob loudly.
Get in line, buddy.
The felon should take his children back to his marxist hellhole. What a creep abandoning his kids. Loser.
To the parents - Adios! Don’t let the door hit you in the behind.
They could always go with him to that wonderful Utopia.
I worked with a guy who just got busted for being illegal and is now in holding awaiting deportation. I can guarantee he paid taxes because they are all withheld from our paychecks. Whether or not he filed or got a refund is another story. Illegals like him are probably a windfall for the government, which is another reason for it to put up with so many of them.
Remember from yesterday.Miss. farming town’s immigrants pray bill will die

She asked her parents whether the immigration police would take them away. Only if youre outside, her mother said. I said, Mom, Im never gonna go outside.

Havent you been paying attention? Everytime the AP releases a pro-illegals story, they always have a sob story in the first paragraph.
ALLENTOWN, Pa. (AP) A Mexican national said he has been barred from entering the United States to bury his 10-year-old son, a U.S. citizen who died Tuesday in a house fire in northeastern Pennsylvania that killed three other people.

The AP did just that they always have a sob story in the first paragraph.
In asking In 2007, police in nearby Frackville stopped Lopez for running a red light and turned him over to immigration authorities in 2007. He agreed to leave the U.S. voluntarily and began the process of applying for legal permanent residence.
Surin, his immigration lawyer, said he was well on his way to getting his green card and rejoining his family in Shenandoah when tragedy struck.
How can he be working towards getting a green card when he agreed to leave the U.S. voluntarily ,would he not have a 10 year ban from entering this country again after being deported?
The Social Security and FICA taxes they file are more than offset by the public educational costs and medical costs of their children, EITC paid to many and the incarceration costs of the criminal illegals.
If the father has been a good neighbor, attending church and behaving himself, and the kids are birthright U.S. citizens, I’m sure a friend or fellow parishioner will step up and take in the kids. Dad can send money to help support them from whatever south-of-the-border hellhole he ends up in, and the 16 year old can start working this summer.
Remember, our stupid birthright law and their father’s illegal status are not the kids’ fault.
