(CNN) -- Trayvon Martin's parents will ask the U.S. Justice Department to review a local Florida prosecutor's interactions with police investigating the teen's shooting death, the family's lawyer said.
The Justice Department launched an investigation into Martin's death on March 19, but the family is now asking it to look for possible interference by State's Attorney Norm Wolfinger's office with Sanford, Florida, Police Detective Chris Serino, attorney Ben Crump said.
The Martin family will send a formal request to the Justice Department Monday, Crump told CNN Sunday.

So now they are threatening the prosecutor. Either he prosecutes Zimmerman or they prosecute him. Maybe once the trial starts they can threatening the judge and jury: convict him or we convict you.

That’s the thing. Every day there are clear cases of murder 1 and yes even hate crimes. At best this was unpremeditated murder with a lack of a motive. The whole thing is trumped up race baiting.

Innocence doesn’t matter anymore and neither does the truth - blood lust appeasement is the only goal now.
We have returned to 1950, and changed the colors around and lookee see, there’s still the same old racism, only coming from the proportedly ‘persecuted’ group this time. Hypocrites every single one of them.

This the DOJ can and likely will do. It’s not impossibly complex like investigating the NBPP bounty on Zimmerman.
Knowing what we know about the most corrupt, racist, bigoted, Chicago-thug, Attorney General this country has ever known; and as this is all about Obama trying to deflect attention from his ongoing failed policies as well as trying to rev up his base not to mention pit groups against each other, I would not put it past them 2 bottom-feeding scumbags (and their handlers) to have “suggested” to the parents to “request” this investigation so that A-Hole Holder can jump right in there and stir the pot even more...and probably make this last and keep it in the headlines until November.
It seems like every day, there is a Martin family member running to a TV camera or an attorney. These people need get out of the spotlight, be quiet and leave George Zimmerman and the prosecutor alone.
