The bill barely squeaked through the House and Senate, and he claims it was passed by a "strong majority"??

I've got my doubts about him as a con law professor, but it's real clear he wasn't very strong in math.

Math and facts don’t matter, it is about propaganda. It is about whipping his voting class into a fenzy. The truth and math don’t matter.

He wasn’t a shining star in American History and US Geography, either, considering he thinks we have 58 states. (He said he’d visited 57, and only had one more to go.) I expect those subjects weren’t part of the curriculum in Indonesia or the Bowels Of Hell — wherever this abomination came from.
