They consider this, an article that says Obama shouldn't add liberal seats to the Supreme Court, an example of "balance."

Not much of a choice there...

If Obama tried Roosevelt's heavy-handed ploy of stacking the Supreme Court, Odumbo would be impeached so fast that it would make Ayers, Pelosi, Wright, Jesse Jackass, Sharpton etc slash their wrists.

Followed of course, by the arrest trial and jail time for all his enablers/supporters for treason.

I don’t think so - If I recall correctly, there was a still photograph - no video - and there was NO audio!

I have always suspected that the issue with Barry’s birth certificate is that he went by the name Soetero while in Indonesia, and didn’t bother to change it back LEGALLY to Obama until much later, possibly even during the campaign.

If his name was actually still Soetero at the time of the election, then he would have to be sworn in as that, while the legal name change was being done behind the scenes. After Bush vs Gore in 2000, no one on the SCOTUS would want to be perceived as being a party to questioning the first black President.

Just a theory but it makes as much sense as anything else we know for sure about the man! And, it would explain the questions surrounding his Selective Service Registration. If he used a foreign name/citizenship to get into Occidental, then he wouldn’t have bothered to register for the draft. But when the issue came up in 2008, something had to be done quickly.

Don’t know if it yet qualifies as a declaration of war on the court, but Obama has already (today) more or less warned the court that overturning Obamacare would be “unprecedented” and an example of “judicial activism”.

I doubt he’ll be able to resist even more such barbs directed at the court over the next few months.

(And I also wonder if, since a preliminary vote has already been taken among the justices, whether one of his two appointments might be keeping him up to date on what is happening with Obamacare day-to-day. Wouldn’t put it past them.)

Yes, that was my point. They introduce this insanely stupid and impossible idea, then advice Obama against doing it. And in their minds, this illustrates their even handedness.

In their world, stopping one inch short of endorsing a left wing dictatorship is balance.

In a few months, they'll praise Obama for not lining the conservative SC justices up and shooting them.

I have searched C-Span and numerous other sites. There was NO video and NO audio - the second swearing in was done the next day with less than a dozen people in attendance, mostly top aides to Obama. All the reports mention that four reporters were present but I cannot find any reference that lists their names. Here is a link:
