OAKLAND, Calif. — A gunman opened fire at a Christian university in California Monday, killing at least six people and wounding three more, authorities said. Police say they have a suspect in custody.

"I can confirm that we do have one person who has been detained that we believe is possibly responsible for this shooting," Watson said.and from other reports the man was sitting in the class, presumably a student, when he stood up and opened fire.
LA Times reports that the guy was a nursing student at the college.

Things are getting better, i.e. silver lining. Note how quickly the MSM identified the suspects nationality, race and religious affiliation. No longer do we have to keep guessing if the culprit was Amish or a Quaker!
I'm going to guess he flunked out, could deal with losing his student visa and returning home to face his family, and flipped out.
On the rare occasion where the shooter is not Amish or Quaker, the media want us to know immediately so we don’t assume the obvious.
