I am glad to hear him saying this - it reinforces my guess that the straw vote yesterday was pretty bad for Obamacare, and the Wise Latina has already leaked the results to him. I think he is going to be very disappointed with the results of running against the Supreme Court.

That's WIDE Latina to you, buddy! BTW, what do you have to do to get to be the Mayor of Sodom? Wait...I don't think I want to know...

He's "setting the table." He's going instruct the Executive Branch to defy the court. He's going to precipitate a constitutional crisis by ignoring the Court. He expects there to be widespread civil unrest in our country this summer, and he thinks that he can get away with such a course of action under those circumstances.

I was thinking along those lines before he attacked the Supreme Court. Obama would have an advantage if he was tipped off to the outcome of the Supreme Court Vote.
His appointees are more than likely "the end justifies the means types", so leaking the results to Obama would be expected. It would give Obama a heads up on how to run his campaign on this issue. - tom

Now that is a very interesting thought.

I would not have thought a Justice would leak the preliminary results.

But in this case, you may be correct.

Because his comments - “Judicial activism”, “No precedent”
, etc - are insane.

I think Bambi is hoping for a reset on this. It will take one of the huge issues off the table in June and give five months to destroy Willard.

True to his nature, he couldn’t even exercise enough restraint to stop himself from saying things that will surely not be conducive to good relations with the Court. For all his deceit and manipulation, his lack of self-control when he’s really pizzed undermines his own agenda. I wish he’d go off script more often, but apparently his handlers are aware of his lack of restraint and penchant for showing his pettiness and arrogance.

[p]I thought the same thing when I heard him make those idiotic comments. I just hope that our gut is correct. SInce it appears that we’re stuck with Mittens, I would feel a whole lot better about him if the Supremes dispense with this damn Bill. Because I know Mittens will NOT repeal it!
