I loved the opening scene where they showed her reading a bunch of newspapers. That was a shot right across the bow of Katie Couric. Sarah comes out swinging!!!

"Good thing my wife loves her too."

LOL! My husband thinks she's beautiful, and I have absolutely no problem with that, because she is.

Yes, she's onto these people and she knows how to handle them. Nothing they throw at her now can rattle her.

And I must say, I love heels myself, but Sarah bested me with those killer heels---they had to be four inches or more, and that is more than I can handle!

And when [Palin endorses Romney] will half of FR implode?

I’m hoping Romney will select Palin as VP.

LOL. In that case it becomes "...half of FR will explode."

She seemed to warm up to her toward the end of the interview.

the more I think about it Mika’s attitude largely explains why many women on the other side can’t stand her even though she’s a woman and you’d think they’d be sympathetic.

Women can be very catty and jealous, much moreso than men in my view.

I think when you get down to it it’s simple. A lot of these women are just insanely jealous. They saw her in 2008 and how successful and powerful she was. Then they saw she didn’t have to play the “pretend to be a man” game that folks like Hillary, Reno, even Condi to a certain extent did.

They saw she was beautiful and even after 7 pregnancies and five kids had a and in her mid 40s had a figure to die for. She had a supportive family. She had a loving, cute, attentive husband who didn’t stray and who she kept happy. She didn’t need to play the victim like Hillary.

Maureen Dowd the liberal doyenne of the NYT wrote a whole book about powerful and successful women can attract and keep guys because guys are afraid of them and intimidated and that’s why women like Dowd and her girlfriends are still single and unlucky in love. Palin took that idea and dynamited it. She had everything they said a woman can never have, and she had it all with a smile.

They just saw how pretty she was and how cute and supportive her guy was and just couldn’t stand it. “How come this didn’t happen to me? Where’s my man?, etc...” Add in that she’s pro-life and there was never really any chance they’d ever get on board.

I think you even see that with certain conservative women like Coulter, Ingraham(both single and feeling their clocks ticking no doubt), and a few others who are against her.

I also think female psychology helps explain why someone like Bill Clinton is still very popular with women. How many women have you known that have some total jerk for a bf or a husband but they stay with him? That’s basically Bill.

Really there’s nothing you can do, It just is.

depends. If she slobbers over him like Rubio and Ryan then yes. If she basically says that he was the one in the chair when the music stopped and it’s time to go after Obama, I don’t think many will be too upset.

Yes, she did, and I think that was because she saw Sarah wasn’t an ogre, but a nice person, and a mom who could relate.

I don’t know who the woman on that panel of experts was (the one sitting right beside Sarah), but she seemed almost smitten with the Governor.
