People are not driving as much—I know I am not—I rethink any long distance plans now—I just can’t afford it. A trip of 50 miles was common before—Now I limit my driving.

Yes the unemployed and those of us who decided to retire rather than beat our brains out looking for work, drive a whole heck of a lot less than the working public.

Got no place to go and can’t afford these high gas prices anyway.
