Also diabetic, but I sneak it when I get the chance. Can't eat popcorn, not supposed to eat chocolate. They might as well take me out and shoot me :-)

Cocoa can be used with sugar substitutes to make a decent snack....Also look into the glycemic index. Chocolate covered peanuts is a quarter of the points of rice, flour or potatoes. They use G index to regulate diabetes in Europe. Many diet plans are based on it because it helps regulate sugar,loose weight/lower sugar.
