I'm confused first Obambi says appointed officials cant take the unprecedented act of over ruling elected officials mandates, now the appointed DOJ wants to tell a duly elected sheriff that what he is doing is unconstitutional...what is this a major flip flop when it suits their purposes? Now they want to recognize the Constitution when it suits them?
