A search of articles shows that if they are on the lower courts they are referred to as Judges. The Supremes are referred to as Justices.
Judge....He’s on the Fifth Circuit, right? (Struggling to reconcile a lot of information in my head, and trying to deal with three hours of sleep.)
If he’s on the Fifth Circuit, he’s a Judge. (I’ve a really good friend and former law professor of mine who was appointed to the 6th Circuit by W., and they go by Judge).
