Why don’t you just hand him over to the mob on Friday? And say you wash your hands of him, let the mob do what it wants?

It used to be, when I was much younger, I couldn’t understand how the people could let Jesus be crucified, it seemed unreal. But I look around and realized you could get the same mob in almost any city in this country. I am sad and amazed at how far this nation has fallen.
