Today NBC is saying that the story was a mistake and or edited for time constraints.

How can they then have fired the unnamed producer with facing a significant suit?

We will learn in the coming weeks, that the report of the unnamed producer being fired ,was also a mistake or reported as such , or do to time constraints.

NBC may have fired someone, but why not try to clear their name (like that is possible) by identifying the Perp?. Probably because the Clown whom did it would tell us, what did I do wrong? Just further cementing the case that bias is so ingrained in these Lefty's that they just don't see it. Or another possibility is that allowing this botched edit to go on the air went to the top...paging Mr Williams, Brian Williams to the Red Courtesy Phone.
