No, you cannot always tell, but in this case, convicted violent felons are going to move in line ahead of some people who are disabled. This is as wrong as it gets.
If Sheriff Arpaio were here, the violent felons would get tents. Keeping them out of the elements is as kind as I want to be to them. Some of them are going to be getting a 4-bedroom house with pool and only pay 20% of the rent.
