I want to say a huge “thank you” to Lazlo in PA and Antoninus, who maintained the Santorum for President Ping List, and all my fellow steadfast Santorum supporters, for all your incredible posts and patriotic spirit. It was an honor to serve the cause with you. It was so great to get to know you wonderful people, and share a common vision - Rick’s vision, the Founder’s vision, Reagan’s vision - with each other.

Love to all, and let’s keep fighting for life, liberty, and small government controlled by We The People.

Lazlo in PA, you’ve been here standing up and defending not only Rick, conservatism, but also those of us who found ourselves alone in a thread, overwhelmed by Rick bashers. Thanks. You’re our hero.

It is with no joy whatsoever that I say we’re stuck with Mitt Romney. Rick Santorum was our only real hope of stopping him but he didn’t have the resources to do so. Too bad, it was a good try.

Right now, Romney and the conservative grass roots are in a Mexican standoff. We can’t get rid of Obama without a Republican victory in November. Romney can’t be elected President without the conservative grass roots. Under no circumstances should we give Romney our unconditional support. I don’t like Mitt Romney. I refuse to support him in the Republican primary. But it’s possible that by being open to supporting him in the general election, we can shake down some conservative commitments. Frankly, that is our only chance at denying Obama four more years to destroy this country.

Dear Santorum Freepers,
You guys are the best! Class acts all of you..and quite a contrast to the Newties who have spewed hate here for the past couple of months.

I agree with parksstp. You say you intensely dislike Mittens, Jim, but you have not lifted one finger to actually stop Romney get the nomination or defend Rick, even when you knew there was no hope for your favored candidate. And you allowed the Newt supporters to get away with unbelievably vicious attacks on him without consequences.
One choice Freeper even said last week that Rick was a jerk for not being home with his daughter because she will die at any moment.

I finally went to We Pick Rick on FB and Rick’s Army, which have been populated by honest, caring, Christian Santorum supporters.

Free Republic has deteriorated to the point of being unrecognizable, populated with trolls and former Conservatives, some anonymous cowards.

You know who you are and all I can say is that you really must hate yourselves. I feel sorry for you.

For those of you Rick supporters whom I didn’t mention above, I apologize.
It’s been a challenge staying here, hasn’t it?
But I felt compelled to respond to some of the mis-characterizations and lies about Rick., even though I knew the predictable responses were coming. I’ve been called a troll, a loser, a liar and many other nasty names.
But in the end, it just made me stronger knowing that I was fighting alongside Rick.

I’ve had the honor of meeting and spending time with members of the Santorum family several times recently when he campaigned in WI..as well being with his wonderful volunteers.

If any of you have also had the privilege, you know that they are some of the nicest people you’ve ever met: Heartfelt loving grassroots American patriots of integrity, deep faith and open hearts.

Good people surrounding themselves with good people.
I’m proud to have been a part of the effort. Hopefully and with God’s will, Rick Santorum will stay active and give hope to those of us who are true Conservatives and don’t have representation right now.
As far as I’m concerned, it’s still Game On for Rick’s Army!(PS: Parksstp: come on over).
