Right now, the President of the United States of America is engaged in a war agains Christians, whites and the very freedoms that I pray my children will enjoy someday.....I will vote for the lesser of two evils and pray that the damage done to this country by this imposter can be undone...
With respect, I don’t see how any thinking person would imagine a worse President than Obama ESPECIALLY considering that he would get at least one, perhaps two Supreme Court nominees.
Yes, I know Romney isn’t a Conservative and his record on choosing judges is shaky to say the least, but do you REALLY think Romney’s choices would be worse than Obama’s?

For those for whom abortion is a key issue, it should be noted that abortion "came out of the closet" because of Roe v. Wade -- a Supreme Court decision. Not because of some act passed by Congress and the President.

The damage that a Supreme Court controlled by liberal, activist judges could do is much greater than what a Presdent can do, because there is no filibuster to stop them, and having control of one house of Congress won't stop them either. In fact, you can't even stop such a Court if you have the Presidency and both houses of Congress.

Give Obama the opportunity to replace one or more of the conservative justices on the Court with another Kagan or Sotomayor, and it's not going to matter if Ronald Reagan himself wins election in 2016. It will be game over.

People may not be sure that Romney will appoint conservative justices when he doesn't have to deal a Democratic committee that could veto his choices, as he did in Massachusetts. Perhaps his appointees would not be much better than Obama's. But we know what Obama's Supreme Court appointments will look like because he's already made two. There is no doubt as to what he'll do if he gets another vacancy to fill.

Watch a liberal-dominated Supreme Court toss out Congressional restrictions on the use of federal funds for abortions. Watch them run this country into the ground while there's nothing we can do about it. Anyone who forgets the legacy of the Warren Court should look it up.

If there is any chance that Romney will appoint more conservative justices than Obama -- and based on the advisors he's signed on, that seems a reasonable bet -- then I think the choice is clear.

We cannot give Obama 5 votes on the Supreme Court.
