Personally, I’m going to back whomever the GOP nominates and it looks to be Romney now! Not going to cut off my nose to spite my face! Period!

DITTO BUMP

We all need to get a grip and remember that......

Any Republican nominee is better than Obama!

I see this SOS repeated again and again on this thread. And many others threads also.

And I wonder how this rhetoric is any different than black voters saying they will vote for Obama simply because he is black.

Goose-stepping to the polls is wrong. I don’t care what color your jack-boots are. It’s just wrong.

House Republicans have done a pretty good job opposing everything Obama wants to do. I guarantee you that if Romney got into office and wanted to do THE EXACT SAME THINGS, most of the Republicans would go along with him. The notion that we can trust a candidate to push a conservative agenda who has been on every side of every issue as fundamental as abortion, homosexual marriage, taxes/fees, gun control, etc. is preposterous. Not to mention, once he actually does this stuff, he is likely to lose a lot of conservative support from people who just don’t know his Massachusetts record, and lose the presidency in 2016. He might possibly even lose to Obama, who will be able to pack Congress with a liberal majority and pass single payer health care, homosexual marriage, and the rest of his agenda.
