The RINOs will bend and slash the Constitution. The hard Communists will join with Sortamywhore and Kagan to eliminate the Constitution.
Get ready for Posse Commitatus to go extinct. Get ready for the militia clause to color all new gun decisions by the SCOTUS. Get ready for God to be banished completely from schools and work. completely.
A hard communist dominiated SCOTUS will be dead serious and not just kidding around. They won’t be “well the Constitution is a living document”.
