The majority of blacks have ALWAYS segregated themselves from the rest of society. Thats why there are separate black organizations for everything.

This is usually a matter of economics. Black neighborhoods are typically poor. Once blacks start moving up they tend to move away from the all black areas. Most can't afford to move, they are stuck whether they like it or not.
