He may not last a week ANYWHERE, once his whereabouts are known, with a $10K Dead or Alive Reward for him.
I think the New Black Panthers should be sent the bill for incarceration, since the ONLY reason to Arrest him is to keep him alive due to their posting a Bounty, and he has NOT been Indicted, nor are there any Charges that warrant Arrest, from what all has been said. He acted under Self Defense, and unless Reasonable Cause exists to show otherwise, he is not being treated fairly at all.
You KNOW it will be a Black (predominently) Jury that hears the "Case", and they will not vote for the "white" guy, to risk harm to themselves if they Acquit. Count on a conviction for sure, to try to keep from having the City burnt to the ground.
My point was that charges HAD to be brought against him to appease the mob out there. (I just read that he’s charged with 2nd degree murder. I’m not at all sure that he’ll be found guilty.)
