I will admit to you a pro prosecution bias....I am with you re: waiting to see the evidence. She well may off a plea bargain to aggravated manslaughter. That is still a first degree felony, correct? Carries a 25 to life sentence?

1st degree felonies in Florida are up to 30 years in prison.

2nd Degree murder is the same guidelines, but can also be life.

The most Zimmerman should plea is discharge of a firearm or littering.

O’Reilly had a former Florida judge on his show. He said that man slaughter is
basically a civil charge. This isn’t going to be plea bargained. They are going for
big jail time for this guy.

The judge explained the charges as killing with malice, like if the victim threw a
stone at you and you came back with a huge rock and bashed in his head.

They are also questioning whose voice is being heard calling for help. They will
try to discredit the witness and convince him that he didn’t see what he saw and
was confused about who was being attacked and how badly Zimmerman was
being hurt by the poor child, Trayvon.

This is going to be a reverse O.J. trial.
