I know Obama supports partial birth abortion. I know there is a chance Romney won’t. I know Obama will nominate Justices that support abortion. I know there is a chance that Romney won’t. One is probably the most radical abortionist President in history. One has the muddled record typical of a New England Republican, but he will still be constrained by a political party that sides with life.

That is enough for me and frankly it does not seem like a difficult decision.

Pretty much the way I see it. Obama's court appointees WILL be bad. Romney's court appointees MIGHT be bad. Willard's history of court appointments is terrible, but he would be beholden to the national Republican party as President rather than the ultra-liberal Massachusetts GOP. As Levin says, I'd vote for an orange juice can over Obama.

With mittens the gop-e will pass the nominations through to the Supreme Court and America and our children lose. Should a Conservative not emerge and pick the nominees for the Supreme Court, the court is lost. With a rebellion there is a chance, though it may be slim to none to stop zer0 with a republican held Senate. Maybe / Maybe Not, but therein lays a chance. With mittens the Supreme Court will go the way zer0 would send it and the republicans will willing go hand in hand with the myth of mittens for mittens will be answering only to the gop-e (imho America is at a lose / lose moment without Americans stand up and say NO).

We are one supreme court justice away from losing the second amendment and people around these parts are talking about write in votes. Silliness. The establishment beat us, because they mustered more votes than us, period. The response is to become more determined and engaged in the process, it’s not to take our ball and go home. 5 years and 3-4 more Obama supreme court appointments from now, I wonder how many rebel alliance types will still be convinced that Romney is worse than Obama.

$6 trillion more in debt and a liberal supreme court. That’s four more years of Obama in a nutshell. That’s not scare tactics, that’s the one of the more conservative projections of our debt in 2016 combined with the likelihood of Kennedy and/or Scalia dying or retiring in the next five years.

$6 trillion more in debt and a marxist court. An acceptable sacrifice in the name of Puritanism. And like the Puritans we may need to start looking for another place to live.

You think o bamas first 2 were far left, you haven’t seen anything yet. wait until you see what he chooses when he doesn’t have to worry about being re-elected. Hell, we may get him for life. He stacks SCOTUS and they find a president can be re-elected forever.

lol. Actually he would be the LEADER of the national Republican Party, which would be more liberal than the Democrats of 20 years ago.
