According to Florida law, now that there was an arrest she can start suing. She made it clear that all she wanted was an arrest, she didn't mention justice in the press conference.

Now the bucks can start flowing.

Trayvon Martin: thug, political pawn and now cash cow.

Such a wonderful legacy.

And the facts regarding Trayvon can come out through discovery such as any behavorial, social issues he had, drug use, any drugs/alcohol in his system the night he died, etc... Up till now the general public has been treated to photos of a cute 13 year old boy. That will change in court.

Not so fast there. Zimmerman will move for dismissal based on having statutory immunity. Corey or whoever she punts this to will have to produce evidence and argument that establish it is more likely than not, that Zimmerman did NOT act is reasonable fear of death or serious injury.

She can sue the neighborhood? Maybe this is a legal theory for negligence...

Lots of neighborhood watch groups in Florida... lots of folks have to buy home security systems. Cops can't patrol white neighborhoods because they're too busy babysitting lower class black communities.

I'm tired of paying for police protection I don't get...

It's time the 'black community' was taxed for cops in proportion to their use. They want to raise hoodlums? Fine. Let them pay for the privilege.
