Here are grounds for case against George Zimmerman to be thrown out and or appealed. Judicial misconduct by Prosecutors!

When/If George Zimmerman is found Guilty of anything, there is already an appeal issue that will GUARANTEE his verdict being overturned!
The Prosecution has tainted the proceedings during the investigation and bringing of the charges. His lawyer,O’Mara, in bond hearing today can bring it up but probably will not. If he did the Judge would have to rule in his favor.
O’Mara will probably not play that card now.

Separation of Church and State
If my kids cannot pray in schools or school sporting events, then sure as HELL and God made little green apples this prosecution should not stand!
Use this against Zero and the Fascist State!

If only that were true.

And would that it were so, that your use of the subjunctive would so bowl me over, as to render me speechless.

I'm curious to know what you think would've been correct. I.e., what exactly is wrong with "None of us was there"?

Care to educate us?

Bet that's the last time she does an interview without her lawyer lol.

Her lawyer was sitting right next to her when she said it.

Fortunately, what has been heard cannot be unheard.

No I would prefer to leave you all in grammatical ignorance. :-)

A student was walking across campus at Harvard one day and he walked past an English professor and asked: "Where's the library at?".
The Professor looked down upon the student with distain and said. "This is Harvard University. At Harvard we do not end our sentences with a preposition.
The student responded, "OK, Where's the library at, @$$hole?"

That is why it could be possible that Obama could be punished with those who have been supporting him by having Romney elected by default by those whom I call the new “silent majority” for doing too much hot pot stiring.

I know people that vote “to send a message,” but it doesn’t work that way. They just count the votes, one at a time, and whoever comes out on top wins. Obama has to keep it close enough that fraud can put him over the top.

The fraud in the voting process is a very big concern that I have, Obama being very desperate to win. But do not be surprised if I am write that there will be anger in the voting process come November.

People vote angry all the time, on both sides. They just throw out opposing votes and see who’s left. I’ve given up on the angry thing. My vote will be cancelled out by an illegal or a libtard goofball and in the end, Zero will carry Oregon.

A lot of the illegals went home because of the struggling economy and hopefully the liberals are waking up and getting a clue.

You’ve never met a real dyed in the wool Oregon liberal, have you? They get dumber with age. As for illegals going home due to the struggling economy, you wouldn’t know it to look around here. Rural Oregon is always strapped...but it’s better than Mexico.
