The powers under the Constitution are supposdd to be seperate but equal. It is a tragedy that Congress is dependant on the DOJ to prosecute the DOJ.
This is just the type of criminality by high executives that the special council law was created for. But if I'm not mistaken I believe that law is now defunct. Maybe another freeper who's more in the know on the law could refresh me?
