I have a problem with people prying into other folks business, yes. And that precludes an answer to your other questions.

An unrestrained marxist that loves executive orders and czars or a ‘socialist’.....we survived socialists before (FDR and Wilson). We can again if we hold the House and get the Senate.
We will lose this country completely if O wins again.

Yes. If, when and how depends upon the number of patriots left in that particular generation.

What is dispiriting is the number of patriots that will roll over for the establishment and yoke themselves to the same tyranny under the GOP banner.

We gain absolutely nothing if we stay this course of electing "the lesser of two evils."

The five stages of grief. A lot of people here are stuck in the anger or denial stage and may never make it any further.

Forgive me if I misunderstood your post, but you’re telling us to absolutely insure the Generalisimo gets reelected.

Thats the way I read it, too. They want obama to get another 4 years. And then if he does get another 4, they will piss and moan that he got re-elected.

Newsflash: If you are in a situation that requires you to vote Marxist or Marxist lite, then you lost the country already. We’re just waiting for the votes to make it official.

"Signed up January 1 huh?"

I'm confused???? Is this your way of silencing those whose opinions you don't like? Is citing my signup date your secret code akin to liberals' "racist" charge? What does my signup date have to do with the price of tea in China? Are you a snob? I happen to have been a faithful reader of FR for years. It's only been recently that I felt compelled to share my opinions. Sorry if they're not up to your standards. I'm sure you find very few people to be up to your superior station in life.

" And you are a Newt supporter..."

Why yes I am. I have been for over 20 years. Again... I am sure that us simple down home folks are just too ignorant and naive to comprehend the many nuances contained within all the lies romney spews but again... I'm not smart enough to understand lies and liars. Frankly I'm not interested in giving up that innocence and find nothing wrong with possessing the same common sense children have.

"... and urging on your good friend “Jim”? OK"

Do you also have a problem with cordiality? I don't know "Jim" from Adam. I do know that he is the founder of FR and to my knowledge I have NEVER met or spoken to the man. Do you also have a problem with him or are you stalking Jim and trying to chase away anyone that dares address him?
What's it like being a hater of all you deem inferior to you your highness?

Thanks for your reply...

Let’s at least pray for a brokered convention.

To be clear, I’m no fan of Romney, but will vote for him if he’s the alternative to the Occupier.

I’ll stay off of these threads now.

Well, I can sympathize. My choice was Sarah who stood above all who came before her, and since.

But, we have a pesky Supreme Court in need of new blood. Should Obama do the next transfusion?

This question trumps all others for now. Life and Liberty are on the chopping block. Deficits and bankruptcy pale by comparison.

Our Congress is our last defense given that the court may become as polluted as the White House.

Most troubling is how the media's role in all of this has been to destroy America, for which it stands. They apparently don't give a sh*t about this country. Helping Obama win a first term was pouring kerosene on the Constitution. A second term will be strinking the match.

“Mittophiles"

LOL! I don't remember that in '08. But then again I never gave a second glance to anything mitt.

but will take him over Obama any day of the week and twice on Sunday.

Well, do as you please but he is not going to beat barry. Not that barry is better but he will be torn to shreds and it doesn't take much to do it and he won't have the media behind him. Remember, right now he's media protected but Missy ain't gonna give up his lifestyle for the maggot - he doesn't have a chance. He's never had a real debate - no one candidate touched him and the moderators favored him. This is a whole different ballgame.

To me, he's going down in flames in this life and the next. He's on his own.

Romney raised fees and taxes 300%. He appointed liberal judges. You are talking about degrees of destruction. I’m talking about STOPPING IT.

The gop/e own Mississippi... and our new governor’s endorsement. We have been rated the most conservative state in the union but today’s politicians can be bought... regardless of which brand is on their butt. Most of those that have endorsed mitt have received massive infusions into their PACS... Articles on this have appeared right here on FR. I am not saying that I do not like some of these people... I think pretty highly of our new governor (so far) but he was just being a political animal when he endorsed mitt. We have to change that amongst those that can be changed... we need to dump the rest and purge them from the party.

Ronald Reagan 1975 CPAC

“I don‘t know about you, but I am impatient with those Republicans who after the last election rushed into print saying, “We must broaden the base of our party”—when what they meant was to fuzz up and blur even more the differences between ourselves and our opponents.

It was a feeling that there was not a sufficient difference now between the parties that kept a majority of the voters away from the polls. When have we ever advocated a closed-door policy? Who has ever been barred from participating?

snip

Our people look for a cause to believe in. Is it a third party we need, or is it a new and revitalized second party, raising a banner of no pale pastels, but bold colors which make it unmistakably clear where we stand on all of the issues troubling the people?

snip

A political party cannot be all things to all people. It must represent certain fundamental beliefs which must not be compromised to political expediency, or simply to swell its numbers.

I do not believe I have proposed anything that is contrary to what has been considered Republican principle. It is at the same time the very basis of conservatism. It is time to reassert that principle and raise it to full view. And if there are those who cannot subscribe to these principles, then let them go their way.”

Amen!

LLS

The political elites can go to hell and take Obamney with them.

Nice try. As much as I admired Andrew Breitbart, he was shortsighted about getting behind the nominee - no matter who it is.

Mitt Romney’s record in office meshes with the Democrat party platform like the gears of a finely made Swiss watch. Now, some people can be swayed by promises, flip-flops, illogic, and outright lies, but I can’t. I see that Romney is Obama’s reflection, as clear as day.
