“Historically, a president’s second term tends to be less ideologically pure than the first one.”

Complete BS. As he told Medvedev “I’ll have more flexibility after the election”. In other words I can do whatever I want.

Where do you get this crap?

I was being facetious Einstein. I don’t hate the man personally but I do despise his Progressive, Communist, race baiting, arrogant, America bashing policies. The lack a mentality of beating Obama at all costs will truly hurt America, possibly irreparably.

Complete BS.

Reagan passed amnesty in his 2nd term. G.W. Bush passed TARP. Clinton passed welfare reform. Three Presidents who did the opposite of what their bases wanted in their second terms. Just saying it could go either way with Obama. We may be able to force him to the right with a strong GOP Congress as we did Clinton.

Beating Obama is not worth the cost of destroying the conservative platform of the Republican party for 8 years or more. I fear a Romney 2nd term more than an Obama one because he would be able to pass all kinds of liberal policy under the GOP banner. That absolutely destroys our ability to sell a conservative message to the American public through the party. The GOP has tried to win this primary through disgusting, anti-conservative tactics. Rewarding them for that is insane if you're a conservative.
