To state the obvious..if this happened on Bush’s watch it would be his fault for creating a culture that would allow this to breed.Am I wrong?

Nope. Don’t remember anything like this happening on President George W. Bush’s watch. I remember complete respect for each other on both parties’ part. Matter of fact, when the senior President Bush was in office, First Lady Barbara Bush would check on their Secret Service detail, walking outside to make sure they were warm enough on cold nights and would bring them hot chocolate or a hat and scarf.
Maybe the SS just needed to work off a little steam after having to babysit the kids and Grandma Voodoo in Mexico.
