The incident also sucked much of the attention away from the rest of the summit, including discussions of the future of Cuba relations, the situation in Iran, drug de-criminalization and even new tensions over the Falkland Islands.
Sounds like Obama’s ploy worked just fine.
It was a distraction from Hillary’s antics dancing at the bar and downing beers.
