It's all about getting a fat Federale paycheck. $135,000 on up. If you are white don't bother applying for this job. It's all minority, blacks, Hispanics, Indians, Aleutian Islanders, women, gays
The American economy is a zero sum game these days so the more taxes are ripped off from the white majority to pay bloated Federale salaries for minorities the more Obama likes it. Same will happen with Obama-Care if it gets instituted. There will be tons of affirmative action hiring (women and gays included) for these fat Federale paychecks ......with a corresponding drop in employment in the private sector health insurance companies where affirmative action doers not rule the day and competence is in demand
So you're saying take from the 85% whether they can afford it or not and give to the 15%whether they need it or not. Only opp out is quit achieving and live off the state, increase the 15%.
