Ahh...bummer. Quinn and Rose don’t from Aldi’s!?! Not an “event”’size store.
Sigh.
Explain Aldies?
One more thing about Aldi (i shop there a lot). The one i go to always makes me think of Russia. You have to get there super early to get veggies, some fruits, bread, special dairy (like half half). They sell out early..and if you some afternoons, there are empty shelves! I always like the one noob, who didn’t know to’bring bags...
Hi Greg! Aldi is a German supermarket chain. They sell their own (off) brands. Good stuff (for non name brands). Cheap prices. Bring your own bags or boxes, and a quarter to “rent” your shopping buggy. Fresh fruts& veggies (but not a lot...they sell out quick...no waste!) good store...no deli or I store bakery. No instore butcher. Not a lot of meat selection—I usually buy that at the Big Bird or Wally World.
Sigh??????? We shop at the new one here in Indiana and it is stocked good, We used to go to Punxsy always stocked good My wife will go to Robinson if she has time to kill waiting for a flight. Sometimes she stops in Holiday Park. We get meat at Tates here in Clymer when it is on sale so expensive any more..
Lolz...I thought maybe you DIDNT have one out in Indiana County. My “sigh”’was Q&R (actually Quinn’s) trying to figure out Aldi (they don’t shop there).
Ours gets good foot traffic—like I said they sell out. They even sell bunches of cut roses ($4) at register—sometimes i splurge.
I’ll be interested to see the details on the NLRB poster ruling. What makes it different than the other half-dozen Federally required posters in your break room?
HI GB and PaMom!
Mr sneakers and I didn’t think we’d be shopping at Aldi based on the one we shopped at ONCE in Greensburg. We decided to give it a try again here in Indiana and really like it. We shop there a lot. Also, the Bilo down on 4th street often has good buys on meats, though everything else is way overpriced!
