A group of news organizations in Florida, including The Associated Press, on Monday filed a challenge to the sealing of records in the criminal case of a neighborhood watch volunteer charged with killing an unarmed teenager.
The news organizations filed a motion in Seminole County Circuit Court in an effort that is being led by The Miami Herald.

Which is exactly what these news organizations are trying to prevent: George Zimmerman actually having a fair trial.
Neighborhood Watch Capt. Zimmerman should be afforded all the protections that are extended to other law enforcement officials when they are brought up on trumped up charges.
Ant at this time, the release of witness statements and the autopsy report would not benefit Capt. Zimmerman’s defense and would only serve to promote a MSM misinterpretation of those reports.
Why don’t they just keep on making things up, why change now?
I wonder if “the news groups” would be doing this if Martin had been “white” and Zimmerman a “white black”. Probably not. Martin’s last name should have been Wilson. He has become a political football being tossed around by a bunch of race pimps and commie libs.
George is not a law enforcement officer.
Al Sharpton and the others who make money by stirring up racial hatred are once again revealing the fact that they could care less about the welfare of blacks. The vast majority of murders are black on black, and Sharpton and others continue to turn a blind eye.

Be patient.
When and if Capt. Zimmerman goes to trial, Trayvon’s criminal history as well as his thug lifestyle along with all those Twitter and Facebook pictures of him being all gangsa with the dirty finger will be presented to the jury.
And the jury will see the Trayvon that Zimmerman encountered that dark night.
May this effort go as well.
The media will look into Trayvon’s background right after they get done with the projects of looking into fast and furious and voter fraud.

The defense team, not the media.
When the defense is done, the special prostitutor, angela corey, will be toast, and the riots will be on.
If he was (and acting in the line of duty), it would not be possible for him to benefit from the immunity that attaches to the justified use of deadly force in self defense.
An on duty police officer has other types of legal protection, qualified immunity for the use of deadly force.
The law intends to give a citizen less legal heartburn over a justified shooting, than it gives a police officer for a justified shooting.
If it gets that far (to a trial) the only relevant point will be Martin's size, weight, reach, and appearance. His history is irrelevant, because Zimmerman could not have formed an impression based on Martin's history.
The court of public opinion, OTOH, should be saturated with images of the real Trayvon Martin, as well as founded recounting of any trouble he ever got himself into. Crump is trying Zimmerman in the court of public opinion, and turnabout is fair play.
Since when did the news organizations give a damn about finding out the truth? The ‘news’ in the MIAMI HURLED today, and on some of the local TV is a fire captain speaking the truth about welfare and drug addiction and the dependent upon government mentality that is destroying young black men.
And the media is trying to get the guy fired for speaking the truth.
Of course, the media wants to decide WHO gets heard and who doesn’t. So they advertise Al Sharpton but subdue the voices crying out against the racism of the Black Panthers.
Zimmerman is a private citizen and is not entitled to typical LEO privacy or protections
