Okay, that did it! I'm going to make my low-carb pecan TheOldLady crack!
It's a mixture of erythritol, sucralose, stevia, cayenne pepper, butter, a little salt, and pecans.
Stir fry it until the pecans are coated and just starting to dry (careful, they burn fast). Dump them in a bowl, take a dozen or so in a small dish and try to hide the rest before you eat them all.
Oh,
1/2 cup of erythritol (or sugar if you're not eating low carb - eliminate the next two ingredients too)
12 drops of sucralose
6 drops of stevia
1 tsp. cayenne pepper or to taste - I like it HOT
1/2 stick of unsalted butter
dash of salt
Mix well together in a hot skillet.
Add 2 cups of raw pecans
Stir fry carefully.
Allow to cool, and enjoy, but seriously, try not to eat them all. It's not easy.

That sounds delicious. :) Mr. T. is type 2 diabetic, so we try to do low carb as much as possible.
