Oh do I understand!!! We don’t have a freezer, so I took my week vacay the week before the wedding—TO BAKE—BAKING PALOOZA!!! I borrowed and labeled every flat bottom Rubbermaid container. I truly bare baking scars (on my right arm where I managed to bump hot cookie sheets repetitively).
It was nuts. I am nuts...
LOL!!!!That was my next plan! I was going to take off that week to bake the more fragile cookies like ladylocks, cream wafers and French Macarons, but it looks like I’ll be doing more. I feel tired out already...................
