AND, look at the way Buffet cashes in on the VERY WELL NAMED “Buffet Rule,” which was apparently designed to enhance Warren’s own portfolio:

There is already a “Buffet Rule”. It’s called the Alternative Minimum Tax. Except it found its way down the income brackets. Just like the Buffet Rule will.

This is also about being able to make the investments we need to succeed.

Just for the record, please define who "we" are.

Ha! Obama and records. That's a good one.

Smack around the few to appease the many.

Yeah. Right. Smack 'em around so hard they eagerly line up to pay 35,000 dollars for a plate of spaghetti.

Sheeeyit.

I think I'll just plead the fifth:

nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

We apparently have lost all concept of the Founder's intent.

Doesn’t he owe an huge amount to the IRS already? So is the plan to raise more of an amount that he won’t pay? Ridiculous!

This is also about growth

This is actually true if you realize that president algae's idea of 'growth' is making the bloated government even bigger.

How would the “Buffet Rule” affect charitable contributions? Would it apply to total income (before deductions) or adjusted gross income (after deductions)?

“By raising taxes we can grow the economy and slash the deficit.”
The libs have repeated this lie so often that their dillusional minds truly believe it.
The “Buffett Rule” is said to only cover the deficit for 9 hours. 9 HOURS!!!!!! Holy crap people.
Get fired up and do your part as a patriotic American and do everything in your power to help defeat any progressive (R or D) in your district where ever you live. This is it, they must not be elected or re-elected.

Until the old fart pays the billion plus taxes he owes and is having his lawyers and accountants fight, he needs to sit down and shut up.

I did some quick figerrin and assuming the numbers below:

Fed Budget = $3.7T
Fed tax revenue = $2.4T
Fed Debt = $16T
Buffet Rule revenue increase $4.7B

This would equal the following, if the average family were in the same boat as the federal gov’t.

Annual Income = $60K
Annual Spending = $90K
Current Credit Card debt = $400K

This family decides to take control and they get an extra job to add to their income (buffet tax) so they go and earn $117, yes one hundred and seventeen dollars for the entire year.

Just sayin.
