"An arrest record"? Since when does that mean anything? I thought the left claimed that only convictions count. A good percentage of black males have an "arrest record" so should they be kept from owning firearms just based on that?

Means nothing without a conviction. Heck, I know a guy that has spend a night as a guest of the local constabulary. It all got sorted out without any kind of conviction. And the person that filed the false complaint got 3 months deferred adjudication for filing a false report.

Being arrested is one thing. Being convicted of a crime is another.

But Swinestein knows that. She's just anti-freedom and anti-firearm.
