Meanwhile, departments that aren’t so politically-correct, like the Forest Service, are forced to make do with 15-20 year old vehicles that they ACTUALLY use, that barely run, because of budget problems.

The whole system is upside down.

Exactly, and Parks and Forrest services Are actual departments that can benefit the average citizen by giving them a place to interact with nature.

Where as the POS agencies that do nothing but torment the average American, The IRS for example, never goes without.

The forest service could be completely contracted out with no impact.

That’s not to say others could not, but we don’t even need a forest service with any govt employees.
